△ You are only purchasing the digital file, not the printed art.
△ Please keep contact between paying and receiving the art.
△ I’ll start working on the commission after receiving the payment.
△ I have the right to decline your order if I'm uncomfortable with it.
△ It usually takes me about a month to complete a commission. I’ll keep you updated, but do feel free to reach out and ask updates!I WILL NOT DRAW:
△ Excessive NSFW
△ Gore / violence
△ Extremely detailed backgrounds / backgrounds only
△ Senior characters
△ Heavy armor/mecha
△ Hateful or discriminatory content towards a specific person, group or religion
△ Portraits or depictions of real children
△ NSFW featuring real, canonical or apparent minors
△ Realistic animals/humansPAYMENT METHOD
I generally accept payment through Ko-Fi and Paypal, but do let me know if you’d be more comfortable through another method!For smaller commissions (under $40-50) I ask for the complete payment upfront in order to start the commission. Otherwise, I typically ask for the first half of the payment upfront, and then will ask for the second half in order to send the completed commission to you. If in this case you choose to pay everything in one go, it’s perfectly fine as well!WORKING METHOD
△ Once I finish the sketch, I’ll send it to you. Please do tell me what you want to change and if there are any mistakes, since it’s your commission. I don’t charge any change at this stage. For any changes in further stages (after I’ve begun working on lineart and started rendering), I’ll charge a little for every change, depending on how big it is and on the stage of the artwork (lineart, coloring, final touches, effects). Color changes are free.
△ You will get another WiP during the coloring stage, where you can tell me if you want to change something about the colors and lighting.
△ You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like!
△ I will send you the full resolution picture either via email or Google Drive link, containing the PSD file and high resolution non-watermarked PNG and JPG files, as well as watermarked versions. I ask that you credit me if you repost the commission!COPYRIGHT
As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork. I have the right to upload the drawing publicly and use it for commercial purposes.As a commissioner you may:
△ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to any of my social medias or website (with non profit purposes).
△ Print the art and make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
△ Use it as decoration for your accountsAs a commissioner you are NOT ALLOWED to:
△ Remove my signature/watermark and claim it to be your art.
△ Use my art for commercial purposes without permission.
△ Change, modify or trace my works and upload them online without my permission.REFUNDS
△ If I cancel the commission you will get a full refund.
△ If you cancel the commission when I have finished the sketch, you will get back 50% of your payment.
Note: I have the right to re-use the sketch of the cancelled art for an other commission.COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS
